Hi friends, my name is Cassidy Rafsol and I am just your average ordinary everyday somm
elier. I love to work with all things food and wine and am really excited to go on this crazy internet journey with you. Over the years, my passion for wine has exploded. It has led me on a new and exciting career path and has given me more than one hangover that Advil alone wasn’t enough to cure. I have decided that it is time for me to start sharing what I know about wine and maybe food sometimes too. Afterall, there is nothing better in life than Kentucky Fried Chicken and a cheap, cold glass of cava. You haven’t lived until you try it.
I want to make wine fun and accessible so amazing viticultural traditions don’t die with boomers. Drinking wine and eating food is all about connecting with one another in the ultimate intimate human endeavor. It is a celebration of living, dying, changing and ultimately can lead us to grow in ways we haven’t yet imagined.
